We would like to introduce a case study regarding the flatness inspection machine we received. To enhance the quality of rubber valves used in environments where they are compressed under low stress, we have made it possible to ensure the quality of rubber valves by measuring the flatness and the correlation between the central height and outer height of all products inline. Using an actuator, we measure the height of the rotating workpiece with a laser displacement gauge. Since we only use proximity sensors for control without PLC, maintenance and modifications can be easily performed.
